Items in our store are offered to you as a hardware rental subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions (Hardware Rentals)
When you purchase a PC rental subscription, you will receive a single delivery of the hardware. Your subscription is based on a recurring monthly billing cycle that is selected at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be automatically charged on a month-to-month basis for the ongoing use of the rental PC until you choose to cancel.
If you do not want to continue your subscription, you can cancel it at any time. Your order confirmation emails include secure links to your customer portal, where you can manage or cancel your active subscriptions.
Cancellation Terms:

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.

We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for the remaining days of a cancelled month.

Upon cancellation, you must make the rental PC available for our team to physically collect within our standard 3-day return window after the current paid billing cycle.
