Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Local Delivery Only
At Ping, we personally handle the delivery and collection of our rental PCs to ensure the equipment arrives safely. Currently, our delivery services are exclusively available within Malta and Gozo.
2. Order Processing and Delivery Times
Your subscription billing begins on the day your order is placed. Because of this, we strive to process and deliver your rental PC as quickly as possible.

Once your order is approved, our team will contact you via email or phone to schedule a specific delivery window that works for you.
3. Receiving Your Delivery
Because our rental PCs are high-value items, we require you (the account holder) to be physically present at the registered delivery address to receive the equipment.

You may be asked to present a valid government-issued ID matching the name on the subscription order.

Our delivery team will require a signature upon handoff. We cannot leave rental equipment unattended on porches or with unauthorized third parties.
4. Delivery Fees
Standard delivery of your rental PC is Free.
5. Keep the Original Packaging
When we deliver your PC, it will arrive in protective original packaging. You must retain all original boxes, foam inserts, and packaging materials for the entire duration of your subscription. When your subscription is eventually cancelled, the PC must be repacked in this original packaging for our team to safely collect it.
6. Return Collections (No Shipping Required)
When you cancel your subscription, you have a 3-day window to make the PC available for our team to physically retrieve it from your registered address. For full details on collections and holdover fees for missed collections, please review our [Refund and Return Policy].
7. Change of Address
Your rental PC is registered to the specific delivery address provided at checkout. If you move or need to relocate the PC to a different address within our service area during your subscription, you must notify us on WhatsApp or at support@ping.com.mt to update your account details.
